Once your item has been made and is ready to be shipped, we will log a delivery with Pudo by Courier Guy. Once your parcel is deposited into a locker , you will receive a notification that it is on its way!
Please allow 3-5 working days for an order be complete. Each item is made with a lot of care and on order.
All our items are made on order and therefore we cannot accept returns, especially on sale items or personalised items.
However if your product arrives damaged, please contact us so we can issue a credit or return.
If so, please ensure your product is in original packaging, original condition with proof of purchase and within 3 to 5 working days of your purchase arrival. Please note courier fees with be for your own account.
